(DAY 4)
Rise and shine on a friday morning, packed our backpacks and off we go to start over veryvery exciting roadtrip!! Woohoooo!!!! Big bags, Small bags, Many bags. Down to the 1st storey and out to the neighbourhood area for breakfast,
AND HELLO MEESUA HEHEH!!!

Headed off to Taipei Xia-Hai City God Temple (台北霞海城隍廟) AKA 月老 Temple Nearby Ning Xia Night Market after Bfast.

And since we have spare time on our hands before Vivienne and Zhi Yuan came over to fetch us, we decided to head to Taipei101 for phototaking. Its a must for a first time traveller to TW. (Y)

Getting There (Taipei 101)/
Alight from Taipei101/ World Trade Centre MRT Station,

^ Pretty fascinated with  their cabs. HAHAH.

Dong Qu Street (東區街頭) was up next on our list of places to go to pass time. But disappointed as the stores at Dong Qu still ain't opened when we were there.. :(

Getting There (Dong Qu)/
Alight from Zhong Xiao Dun Hua MRT station,
Exit via Exit 2.
Turn left and walk all the way to the alleys.

Dong Qu actually have alot of very chic and stylish shops, but we didn't get to shop since (yes the shops were closed) and that we're heading on a roadtrip. I shall see you next time Dong Qu !!

Cabbed back to Taipei 101 to meet Vivienne and Zhi Yuan, Road trip leggo!
Detoured and fetch Song from her workplace to her house to pack up before we officially hit the road to Yilan!

^What are the chances of seeing a half rainbow on the highway?

Arrived at our room for the night, camped in the room for awhile since it was heavily raining outside.

And ofc, selfies. (Its blur because I accidentally set it to manual focus T^T)

Had the very famous chicken in Yilan for dinner! And also, fried century egg (which is so good) and veggies. Oh! the restaurant also offers free soup to all dine-in customers!

(following photos taken by my LGG3 since my camera died)

Walked around the neighbourhood buying essentials, eating desserts (魏姐包心粉圓) and packing up snacks for supper.

^魏姐包心粉圓. So darn good ! (apparently I just realised we have this in SG)

Selfie in the rain while waiting for our takeaway seafood!

Supper was good with seafood, beers and games! Even bet from games to see who's paying for beers the next day and who's bathing first. Talk about best trip !!!

(Above photos are taken with LGG3 since my camera died)

(DAY 5)
Morning came in a few hours since we slept at 4am. Crazy but worth it!
Packed up and checked out from our room and off we go for breakfast !

^The best 蔥油餅 I've ever tasted. Thinking 1 ea would be enough, but no T^T It wasn't.

Hot Spring Next!!!

Cause this 2 woman with me super love extreme hot boiling water for hot spring (yes I know its normal). But I almost became roasted pig. First experience and definitely not the last, its was actually pretty relaxing, and the tub was actually spacious! They have 2 types of hot spring room, the private one and the public one!

Done with hot spring, and its time to hit the road! Off we go to su'ao!!!

What greeted us @ 南方澳北濱公園

Photo taking by the beach ended, so off we go to the fish market for lunch!

^Seafood again! This time, by the beach hehe !

The tofu ice cream that Vivienne wanted to eat so badly, I feel that the tofu taste is too strong, however the squid ink one tasted heavenly!!

Stopped by the train tracks for phototaking, but we're damn lucky to have the train coming across just as we were there!

Reached Su'ao after probably 1 hour later and checked in to our very cute rooms! We asked for 1 bigger room, but there was a miscommunication between the owner and the website, so we were given 2 rooms instead. Still it was pretty cute!

^ Was so close to stealing their cup :(

Dumped our bags in the room and off we go to 羅東夜市 and I didn't bring out my camera after hearing the crowd will be insane! Which was very true.

^阿公仔龍鳳腿,  which is damn damn nice! And the queue for it was always long T^T

Back in the room to party with our street food and drinks!

^Lamb soup, OnNomNom.

Goodnight at 3am again!

(DAY 6)
Rise and shine! Checked out and off we go for the local delights and a walk in the park before heading back to Taipei.

^林場肉羹,The flavour is so rich and the meat was just soft and juicy!

Just across the street was the Luo Dong Forestry Culture Garden (羅東林業文化園區).

Dessert again @ 魏姐包心粉圓

So Vivienne and Zhi Yuan dropped us both at our airbnb room before heading back. Dropped our bags and we were all ready to head to Yang Ming Shan National Park (陽明山擎天崗), in this seemingly perfect weather!

Getting There/
Alight from Jian Tan MRT station,
Turn left upon exiting the station,
Look out for bus S15/小15 and alight at the last stop.

So, you can never really trust what you see on the ground. Especially when you're going up the mountain.

^this romper really make me look fat.

Trekking up the mountain, in super thin clothings and super strong wind, That's a first. But still, loved the weather but sadly, we didn't get to enjoy any view since it was so cloudy all the while. Time pass fast when you're enjoying. and it was getting late. So time to head back down to Jian Tan MRT station to meet Vivienne and Zhi Yuan to walk around Shilin Night Market.

^ So savoury and aromatic, and not as oily as it looked. and the meat was just so so thick.

(What you have just witness was items I really felt like buying T^T)

^Cheesy Potato :P -insert million hearts-

Parted with Vivienne and Zhiyuan, 'em sinking feeling in our heart as it also meant that our trip was ending...
There we go again, Street Food + Drinks back in our room for the last night. And Alpha came over after work to accompany us too!

(DAY 7/ Last Day)
Like it or not, we're going home. :( Packed food from 7-11 and headed to the airport.

That's it for TW2015.

Dear Taiwan, You have been amazing and I've met wonderful people in this trip. Can't wait to see you all next year.
