Yummo Chow
It's been awhile since I last posted. And now that I'm back, it's time for some Yum in my Tum!

Got invited over to @YummoChowSg for food tasting awhile back, and I've got to say I'm in love!
Located at purvis street, just few minutes walk away from Bugis Mrt.
Look out for the signboard 'Hotel Nuve' at the side and the chalkboard out at the walkway! YummoChow is located at the lobby of Hotel Nuve.
Greeted by the elegant interior design! I'm telling you, these white walls, monochrome tiles and the Super huge mirror 😍 OOTD TIME GIRLS~
It took us quite awhile to decide what to order because we're all spoilt for choices, everything just look so good in the menu!
Okay, so here it goes! We've ordered a total of 4 different mains, read on to find out!
So half of the squad ordered beef steak and it was said to be tender and juicy. (Sorry guys, I don't take beef. But imma trust them on this) but honestly, just look at the photos!
Okay next up, seared barammundi!
The barammundi was so crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! And together with the mash potato, I'm telling you. It's too good to be true, but it's almost melting in my mouth! Can't get enough of it tbh!
Now for the garden seafood risotto~
The risotto have a very generous amount of seafood that comes along with it. And it's a little more unique than normal seafood risotto outside cause the seafood is charred, or fried imo. But surprisingly, a very good combination!
Okay last but Not least for mains, the Chilli crab Mee! I'm a huge fan of pasta and when I see Chilli crab linguine pasta, oh give me that pleaseeeeee! And I am absolutely in love! The soft shell crab was perfectly done, and was still so juicy on the inside. And when you mix it together with the Chilli crab pasta sauce. Its flavours just burst in your mouth. ITS THAT GOOD. I'd get it delivered to me now if I could, but it's okay. I'll be back again. Soon!
Nuff said for the mains, let's get to the sides!
Ordered 3 sides to satisfy our taste bud.
Truffle fries, Sambal Teri wings & cheese crisps and shrimps.
Basically, truffle fries will never go wrong and it's always so good. Even when it's cold, it's still good. I spend so much time on my mains I let my fries get cold :( but it's okay, the cold fries is still as good as when it was hot. Crisp on the outside and soft on the inside.
The cheese crisps and shrimp is something I've never seen or tasted outside before (maybe cause I haven't been going out for a good while) the shrimp have been coated with mayonnaise and was sat on the parmesan cheese crisp. It was a very unique taste that I couldn't describe with words but you've got to try it. Oh! You should definitely eat it when it's hot, cause the crisp will turn soft due to the cheese and mayonnaise.
Last but not least! The Sambal Teri wings!
Deep fried chicken joint with their homemade sambal teriyaki sauce. I really cannot emphasise enough on how all theirs seafood and meat are all Super juicy!!! I didn't really taste much of the sambal, but my squad sure did. I think my tongue is a little faulty, pardon me for that. Their sauces is just right for the meat and it's not overpowering it, which makes every bite even better than the first. Hehehe ~
And if you're still not satisfy with the meals until you had desserts? Fret not! YummoChow have just the thing for you! Their recommendation for deserts would be the tempura ice cream and yc shibuya toast! Both the tempura and toast are super crispy and warm on the outside, and with each mouth of ice cream, Its another mini explosion in your mouth! Especially when its drizzled with honey/salted caramel all over. MELTS
